Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used.

Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items sent by us

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
